RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
These limitations do not affect any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
